Furniture Return Policy
Keep What You Love We prioritize your happiness which is why our return policy, 'Keep what you love' warrants a 30-day return FREE of any hassles of any kind! Nothing but the transportation logistics will need to be borne by the customer. We handcraft each product with love and care. No one likes to see any harm done to their loved ones, right? Therefore, if any damage is found in the furniture, necessary amount will be deducted. Keep what you love, return what you don't!!.Once the return has been initiated, our team will contact you to organise the collection of your furniture at a time that suits you.
Please note: If furniture is stained and/or damaged, necessary amount will be deducted.
Please make sure it is properly packed in it's original packing and all parts are kept inside the pack.
Planters Return Policy
If you are not happy with the planter, you can return us within 7 days of purchase. The to and fro logistics will be borne by customer. To be eligible for return, you must keep the original packaging of your Planter. If the packaging is not kept, it will not be accepted. We will arrange pickup once return request is raised and customer agrees to bear return logistic charges .
